Bulk earthworks

We deliver large-scale bulk earthworks services including grubbing, clearing, excavation, filling, and the movement of quarry materials to achieve required ground levels and site contours.

Our capabilities encompass full cut-and-fill operations for major infrastructure, energy corridors, and complex land development projects. This includes implementing erosion and sediment control measures such as silt fencing, erosion control blankets, and sediment basins to manage water flow and protect the environment. We apply dust suppression and monitor compliance with environmental regulations to minimise air impacts.

Our team manages vegetation clearing and material disposal in line with environmental guidelines, strips and preserves topsoil for future use, and excavates, transports, and places materials as specified in grading plans. We also ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site, operating under strict traffic management and safety protocols.

Trenching

Trenching involves the specialised excavation of narrow, deep trenches for utilities, communications, and drainage infrastructure, with our team ensuring accuracy, stability, and safe working conditions throughout the process.

We excavate trenches to the required depth, width, alignment, and slope, lay and compact suitable bedding material, and install LV and HV conduits in accordance with project specifications. Conduits are correctly spaced and secured to prevent movement during backfilling, which is completed in controlled layers using approved fill material compacted to the required density and standards.

Detailed earthworks

The final shaping and preparation of surfaces in line with IFC drawings. This includes achieving precise levels, backfilling, trimming, and compaction to create a stable and accurate foundation for construction works.

Access pavement construction

We construct durable, trafficable pavement layers designed to deliver long-term performance under heavy loads. Our pavement solutions form the backbone of safe, efficient site access and operational routes.

Surveying & geotechnical services

Concrete trenches

Construction of concrete-lined trenches for long-term protection of utilities, drainage systems, and structural elements.

Ground slabs

Pad footings

Shallow concrete footings engineered to spread concentrated loads from structures to the prepared ground, ensuring long-term stability.

Pile foundations

We deliver deep foundation solutions designed to transfer structural loads to stronger subsurface materials, making them ideal for heavy infrastructure and sites with challenging ground conditions. Drilling

We drill pile holes to the specified depth and diameter, maintaining precise alignment and positioning to meet engineering requirements.

Reinforcement & formwork

Reinforcement cages are carefully lowered and secured within the pile holes. Formwork for pile caps is constructed and prepared with release agents to enable clean removal.

Concrete placement

Concrete is poured and properly compacted to achieve a strong, level finish. Cast-in baseplates and hold-down bolts are installed according to design specifications.

Curing & inspection

Once the concrete has cured, formwork is removed and the completed piles and caps undergo inspection to verify compliance and structural integrity.

Structural concrete

Construction of load-bearing elements including slabs, beams, walls, foundations, and columns—built to meet stringent structural requirements.

Switch room & control room foundations

Precision concrete works for operational buildings, including plinths, slabs, kerbs, and specialist structural elements.

Precast concrete

Fabrication and installation of precast components including pits, slabs, and stormwater structures, produced in our in-house controlled offsite environment for superior quality and accelerated installation timelines.

Drainage systems

We design and install stormwater, wastewater, and surface-water drainage systems that protect sites from erosion, flooding, and long-term asset damage. Our team delivers complete drainage solutions, including precise excavation to project specifications, safe trenching for utility installations, and stabilisation using appropriate shoring and bracing.

We prepare trench bases with properly levelled and compacted bedding materials, install stormwater pipes to the required grade and alignment, and ensure all joints meet design and compliance standards.

Trenches are backfilled in controlled layers using suitable materials, with each layer compacted to maintain long-term stability and prevent settlement. Throughout the process, we conduct compaction tests to verify compliance with project specifications and closely monitor installation quality to ensure robust system performance and protect surrounding infrastructure.

Conduit installation

We provide end-to-end trenching, installation, and connection of electrical and communication conduits, including LV/LH systems, ensuring cables are fully protected from physical, moisture, and chemical exposure.

For pre-constructed cable pits, we excavate and trench to the required dimensions, level and compact the base, install a bedding sand layer, position the pre-fabricated pit, feed cables through the trenches into the pit, and then backfill and secure the area. For in situ cable pits, the process follows the same steps, except the pit is constructed onsite and placed on blinding concrete rather than bedding sand.

Earthing grid installation

Earthing grid installation involves constructing grounding systems for substations and critical electrical assets to ensure fault currents are safely dissipated and operational safety is maintained.

The process includes clearing the site, identifying and marking existing underground services, and excavating trenches to the required depth. Conductors are then laid with correct spacing, and electrodes are installed at strategic points and securely connected using approved methods such as welding or compression fittings.

Trenches are backfilled with suitable materials—such as crushed rock or specialised conductive mixes—and compacted to maintain stability and strong electrical contact. Once installation is complete, the entire grid is thoroughly tested to verify compliance, performance, and safety.

Kerbing, fencing & gates

We deliver high-quality kerbing, fencing, and gate installations designed to enhance site safety, security, and functionality.

Our fencing works begin with precise excavation of footings to ensure structural integrity, followed by setting and aligning fence posts to meet project specifications. Concrete footings are then poured to create a stable foundation for long-term performance.

Fence mesh is carefully unrolled and tensioned along the fence line, ensuring it remains taut, secure, and correctly aligned. This meticulous process ensures a durable, reliable fence system that provides strong perimeter protection and a professional finish across industrial, civil, and infrastructure sites.

Transformer bunds
